This is what we've been up to in the past week...
- Graduated from WSU last Friday! Great day. Mom took all the pictures with her amazing photography skills. Hence, no photos of the blessed day. Check out my mama's photography blog for some. Thanks to Kyle, my fam, Kristen and Cody for coming.
- Stayed with my aunt Kristen for a night. Ate amazing food at Wasatch Grill. Shopped. Pedicures (excluding Kyle). Amazing orange rolls for breakfast.
- Cody, Kyle and I suprise visited Grandma and Grandpa Redd in SLC. Rich (the newly called Bishop) and Becky and little Josh also stopped by for a visit. Hours of visiting. Watching 20 year old home videos (Cody and Kyle were so dang cute!). Lots of popcorn till way past Gma/pa's bedtime.
- Stayed a night with my Grandma Kennington. She is a night owl. Stayed up way past OUR bedtime chatting it up with her.
- Dinner the next night with Casen and Taryn and Cody at Tucano's. My first time there. A-maz-ing. Made sure not to eat ouselves sick so as not to leave a pile of chunky vomit in the parking lot like the person who parked next to Casen and Taryn did.
- Baby Taya's blessing day. She is cousin Mike & Maridee's cutie. She was so good all day. Until she met Kyle. He did fantastic at consoling her. This did not discourage him from future parenting. Maridee, you so need to start a blog.
- An afternoon with the Hansen's in Ogden. Me and baby Kylee met for the first time. We hit it off well. She has the bluest eyes and whitest hair. She is perfect. Had to see them before June when they will become Aussie's for a few years. Travel reservations to the land Down Under are under way...
- On the way home stopped in Nephi to see the Blankenagal's and their new addition, Mollie. She is tiny and precious. They are a wonderful family.
- Back on the homefront the dogs were very excited to see us. They chewed up the couch cushions of our old couch that we were storing in the shed. It took us an hour to clean it up. We still love our dogs.
- Kyle took me rock climbing. I used my new rock climbing shoes that he got me for graduation. They work like a charm. I lead the climb for my very first time!
- We have also been gardening. It has been fun. The dogs have met the electric fence. They stay far away from it.
- And the first otter pops of the season. MMM. The dogs love them, too. We go through them fast.
- Bring on the summer!
