Easter weekend

well this weekend proved to be great for us. to start off with, i just want tell say how proud i am of my BIG little brother! on saturday night neil put on a benefit concert to finish up his eagle project, gathering clothes, shoes and funds for an orphanage in guatemala. he performed the first ever concerto (where the piano soloist is also the conductor!) at Manti high school, and did a kick butt job at it! he was there in his tux (with the cool tails) and his cowboy boots which he insists on wearing, even with a tux! can you get a picture of what a stud he is?! there was a great turnout from the community and all in all he raised about $1200 and 1100 lbs of clothes and shoes for those adorable children. i am one proud sister! also, on friday i had to go up to ogden to take a test called the ATI. i had to pass it with a certain score to be able to go on to get my RN in the fall at weber state. so if you can imagine the stress that came along with that!!! i was stressed out to the max during the test and it ended up being much harder than i anticipated. but it looks like i'm able to go on now cause i passed!!! wahoo! kyle took me to the movie to celebrate. what a wonderful weekend!

Hey! It's me again! I got your comment on my blog-thanks. Nice of you to ask about Trevor, He actually just got out of surgery yesterday...poor guy. He broke his leg and had to get 7 pins and a plate in. My mom went up to Provo to be with him during recovery. I was supposed to go with her, but I got sick the day before she left. darn. Oh well, I'll make it to Manti one of these days....
Poor Trev was so bummed because he had a full schedule of marathons to run this summer. He was supposed to run a half marathon the day after his little leg accident. And he had a full marathon in April. Poor guy, he can't even drive around there in Provo. He was happy the other day when I called him because he got to use one of those battery powered wheelchairs in Wal-Mart...(the pluses to a broken leg.)
I need your email or something...this is turning into a novel...sheesh
