TAGGED!

k so i've been tagged about a gazillion times since i've entered this world of blogging and i don't think i've ever followed through and done it, so here it goes...

20 years ago: let's see... i was 2 1/2 living in Manti. probably just hanging out with my grandma Olsen while my dad was working on the farm and mom was teaching dance. i don't think i have memories from this far back, but i think all my earliest memories involve grandma Olsen, being pushed in the swing in her backyard (i still enjoy swinging there when i get the chance!), and the farm; i remember being chased by a momma hen while i was trying to play with the chicks, i also remember being shoved out of the dump truck by our dog, Leo, and chipping my front tooth as a result from the fall.


10 years ago: was going into 7th grade at the Ephraim middle school. don't really remember all that much of middle school. it's an akward time for everyone. i remember i did have a crush on john vanorman, though. now he's married to my cousin!!! :)


5 years ago: was enjoying life much more than middle school! going into my junior year and i'd probably be at volleyball practice right now. volleyball season was the best - so was high school!


3 years ago: i was 19. just finishing up my last semester at snow and really enjoying the college life. i was also preparing to go to russia the following january, which ironically paved the way for the rest of my life and eternity! :)


1 year ago: kyle and i had known eachother for four months now and had hardly spent one weekend apart. i was falling for him ( i think i had already fallen at this point), and imagining what life would be like with him in it for forever. i liked what i imagined, and said yes when he proposed to me a month later on grayson's farm. (think of all the memories on that farm, andrea!) :) i was also getting ready to start my first year of nursing school at Snow College Richfield. i remember being completely overwhelmed after orientation day and wondering how in the world i was going to make it through the next 10 months!


1 month ago: nothing too exciting, i was just working and studying to finish up my last pre requisite for the nursing program. oh, i did have a bad case of pink eye (which i had a re lapse from a couple of weeks ago. my eyes are FINALLY both clear and free of infection now). a couple of other nurses ended up with it, and we also had patients come down with it... it spreads SO easily!


1 week ago: just got home from lake powell with my family. it was a marvelous trip! i was also preparing to travel up to vernal for my last year of nursing school's orientation. yet again, i feel like i did a year ago - i'm wondering how in the world i'm going to get through the next 10 months! good thing i had kyle's incredible love and support through it last year, and this year, too!


1 day ago: i recovered from our trip to cedar city and st george over the weekend to be at evan and chellese's reception and wedding that kyle was a groomsman at. we got home late late saturday night and i worked all day on sunday, so yesterday was the day i used to unpack, get more bills and school business squared away, and enjoy my time before classes starts for both of us on monday. i found out that we are able to move into our house on sept 1st!!! that was big news. we're both pretty excited to move into our own place. kyle and i went to bed around 9:30 and stayed up talking till midnight! it was so much fun. guess that wraps it all up...
