Just a run down of the weekend festivities…
…And of course, the alumni wrestling matches – always a Thanksgiving treat! Kyle felt the heat from the guys for his ‘John Stockton’ shorts. I know they were just all jealous that they don’t look that good in short shorts!
Kyle’s opponent outweighed him by 20 lbs. Watch the video and see who came out victorious.
As you can see, the 3 one minute periods (with a one minute period of rest in between!) took it’s toll on these guys. Very entertaining. Almost as entertaining as the next day at church was, looking around the congregation and counting all the guys with mat burns on their faces, stiff necks and bruised ribs. This is one of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving in Monticello! 
They full out brawled after the buzzer ending the last match of the night.

Our whole family got to see kyle win!!! Great job!!! We all came to the conclusion that... Wrestling is a very INTERESTING sport...It was quite entertaining with our German pancakes.
Perhaps we should start this as a Kennington family tradition? Could be fun!
